Josh Logan

Josh Logan grew up in State College, Pennsylvania, where he studied at Penn State University, before relocating to Miami to attend Johnson & Wales University. He spent the better part of 20 years in South Florida honing his skill and building on his hospitality expertise across some of the region's most recognized properties, including Turnberry Isle Resort, The Biltmore Hotel, and The Margaritaville Resort. That stretch shaped him into someone who understands not just the numbers behind a purchase order, but the standards a world-class operation demands from every product that comes through the door.

In 2023, Josh made the move to The Inn at Little Washington. For him, it was less a career change and more a deliberate pursuit — the chance to work alongside the best in the business and be part of something that has never been willing to settle. Outside of the Inn, Josh can be found scouting real estate, renovating homes, chasing reggae shows, or behind the wheel of something fast. He brings that same energy and eye for detail to everything he does at the Inn.
