Director of Facilities
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Bradley began his career working hands-on as a machinist, mechanic, and carpenter—building a foundation of practical skill and problem-solving that continues to define his approach today. After relocating to Seattle, Washington, he spent the next 15 years expanding his expertise across industrial and mechanical engineering disciplines, developing a deep understanding of complex facility systems and large-scale operations.
Bradley went on to serve as Facilities Manager for several aerospace suppliers, including Boeing’s largest defense supplier, where he led maintenance operations in highly regulated, mission-critical environments. He later brought that same discipline and operational excellence to the hospitality world, managing facilities for one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier seafood dining groups and overseeing 25 waterfront restaurants across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
In 2025, Bradley made a cross-country move from the West Coast to the East Coast, landing—by chance—in The Inn’s backyard. There, he joined The Inn at Little Washington team, dedicating himself to executing Chef Patrick O’Connell’s vision for the Inn’s continued evolution. Today, he leads a world-class maintenance team supporting ongoing enhancements and future expansion, including projects such as the pool, spa, and carriage house, helping ensure every detail meets the Inn’s exacting standards.
