
Assistant General Manager
Vincent began his hospitality career as a valet at the Nittany Lion Inn while studying at Penn State University. What started as a student job became a calling.
After graduating, he spent nearly a decade at The Gasparilla Inn & Club in Boca Grande, Florida, working through hotel operations, food and beverage, and ultimately sales leadership. It was there, under the guidance of exceptional mentors, that he came to understand what genuine luxury hospitality required and that culture and leadership were never really separate things.
In 2021, Vincent joined the legendary Pinehurst Resort as Director of Front Office, deepening his operational range at one of America's most storied destinations. After three rewarding years, he felt the pull back toward ultra-luxury and the kind of hospitality that had always inspired him most.
In the summer of 2024, Vincent joined The Inn at Little Washington alongside his wife and young son, and now serves as Assistant General Manager. He is drawn each day by what Chef Patrick O'Connell has built here: a rare and deliberate kind of hospitality where guests are not customers to be served, but welcome guests in someone's home.
