Rates & Reservations
Accommodations and dinner reservations can be made by calling our Reservations office 540-675-3800, which is open 7 days a week from 8:00am to 9:00pm, Eastern Standard Time.
Hotel, Dining Room and Kitchen Table reservations are taken up to one year in advance. Please bear in mind that The Inn's telephone operators routinely field hundreds of dinner reservation requests for any one particular evening, so we suggest prior planning whenever possible. Dinner reservations are guaranteed for overnight guests.

Room Rates
All room rates include Afternoon Tea and Continental Breakfast for two.
Standard Room
- Queen size bed, shower only $410
Intermediate Room
- Queen size bed and full bath $505
Superior Room
- King size bed, private balcony, and full bath $615
Junior Suite
- King-size bed, private balcony, Jacuzzi bath and separate shower $675
Junior Suite with Fireplace
- King-size bed, fireplace, Jacuzzi bath and separate shower $745
Bi-Level Suites
- Lower level: parlor with balcony, soaking tub and separate shower
- Upper level: King-size bed, balcony $885
Mayor's House Suite
- King-Size Bed, fireplace, Jacuzzi bath and separate shower, sitting room with fireplace, private courtyard garden $945
Norman House
- Intermediate Room (King size bed) $475

The Gamekeeper's Cottage:
- Lower Level: Sitting room with fireplace, soaking tub and separate shower, private courtyard garden and dining pavilion.
- Upper Level : King size bed and half bathroom. $985.
Claiborne House
- Two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a living room, dining room, media room and library. A two storey veranda overlooking a private garden in the rear offers additional space for outdoor entertaining. $1975 to 2400 per night.
All Saturday night stays are $245 additional, Fridays are $145 additional and all Sundays are $75 additional. During the months of May, June and October there is an additional charge of $100 per room per night. These rates do not include holidays or extended holiday periods, for rates at these times please call our Reservations Department (540-675-3800). Room rates are per night and include Afternoon Tea Service and a House Breakfast for two persons available from 8:00am to 10:30am. A third person in a Suite is $50.00 additional. Dinner reservations are guaranteed for overnight guests. One week notice of cancellation or change of date is required for refund of deposit. Rates are subject to change and exclude taxes and gratuities.
