Hotel, Dining Room and Kitchen Table reservations are taken up to one year in advance. Please bear in mind that The Inn's telephone operators routinely field hundreds of dinner reservation requests for a particular evening, so we suggest prior planning whenever possible. Dinner reservations are guaranteed for overnight guests.

Dinner rates
On Sunday to Thursday dinner is $148 per person, on Friday is $158 per person and on Saturday dinner is $178 per person. These prices - which may vary on holidays and special events - exclude tax, gratuity and beverage. Two kitchen tables are available for a surcharge of $300 each (Sunday to Friday nights) and $450 each (Saturday night). Each kitchen table seats up to 6 guests. Please note that the kitchen table surcharge must be prepaid and is non-refundable. We are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Dress Code
The Inn has no formal dress code, althought 80% of our gentlemen guests wear jacket and tie and the women are generally in dresses or suits.

Claiborne House	Two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a living room, dining room, media room and library A two storey veranda overlooking a private garden in the rear offers additional space for outdoor entertaining. 1800. to 2150. per night. 24 hr. room service is provided.

All Saturday night stays are $245 additional, Fridays are $145 additional and all Sundays are $75 additional. During the months of May, June and October there is an additional charge of $100 per room per night. These rates do not include holidays or extended holiday periods, for rates at these times please call reservations (540-675-3800). Room rates are per night and include Afternoon Tea Service and a House Breakfast for two persons available from 8:00am to 10:30am. A third person in a Suite is $50.00 additional. Dinner reservations are guaranteed for overnight guests. A deposit of one night’s accommodation per room is required within 10 days of booking. Two weeks notice of cancellation or change of date is required for refund of deposit. There is a $25 fee applicable to all cancelled room reservations.
